Printing Options

I. Net-Print

Net-Print is a networked laser printing service offered to the Cornell community which allows users to have printing charges sent directly to their bursar bill or to a credit card. Most libraries are equipped with at least one networked Net-Print printer.

Costs for black and white Net-Print in the libraries is usually 9¢ per page. Duplex and color Net-Print printers are available in some libraries. See Printing/Photocopying by Library for details.

To use Net-Print users must first obtain an account.

• Go to the Net-Print homepage at: http://www.cit.cornell.edu/net-print/.
• Follow the links to obtain an account.
• When printing use the pull-down menu to choose the appropriate Net-Print location.
• To change or monitor your account go to http://net-print.cit.cornell.edu/netprint-cgi/account.cgi.
• To install Net-Print on your personal laptop see http://www.cit.cornell.edu/net-print/install.html.

II. VendaCard

VendaCards are small plastic card that can be purchased and used in the Library's photocopiers and printers. A networked VendaCard-operated laser printer is available in some libraries for those users who are unable to set up a Net-Print account.

III. Cash

Photocopying Options

I. General photocopying

All of the libraries have self-serve single-sided black and white photocopying. For a list of color and other specialized copying facilities by library see: Printing/Photocopying by Library

II. Library Copy Center

A full-service copy center is located on the Lower Level of Olin Library. From the entrance to Olin, make a right. Continue down the hall to the elevators. Press "B" in the elevator to reach the Lower Level and take a right. Copy Services is the second office on the right.

Oversize printing

Posters and other oversize printouts can be made on the Mann library color plotter. See details at Mann Library Printing.
